William F. Whiting, Jr Bill, "Junior" passed away Monday January 5, 2026, at his home at the age of 91. Bill was loved by all who knew him, at 91 he still loved working with his Enterprise Car Rental Family.  He was a retired truck driver and school bus driver.

Bill was born in Sissonville March 1, 1934, to his loving parents Bill and Ruthie Whiting who preceded him in death along with his brother Johnnie Whiting, and Bob Ball.

He is survived by his son Max (Beth), his grandchildren Zach Whiting (Kali), Megan Stebbing (Joe), Allison Chambers (Jordy), and Joey Jamrose (Jeannie), Great grandchildren, Maelie Stebbing, Liam Quinn, Aryah Jamrose, Parker Stebbing, Cooper Oberpriller.   He is also survived by brothers and sisters, Betty Moore (Horace), Bonnie Bell (Harold), Patsy Ball, Jack (Jeannie), Gary (Merry) , Sherry Smith (Richard), Steve (Lisa), Donald (Kathy) and many nieces and nephews, his best friend Jabo and other dear friends Bea, Gene and Roger. He will be deeply missed by his friends and family.

Funeral Services will be held at 01:00 pm on Monday January 12th, 2026 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home with Pastor David Spencer officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories. Visitation will be held from 12pm-1pm.
