William "David" Spencer 55 of Charleston passed away peacefully on December 15, 2019.  He was preceded in death by his Mother, Delores Arbutus Harper Spencer, his Father, Telford Spencer (Tip), his Brother, Gerald (Wayne) Spencer.  He is survived by his Brother, Telford (Gene) Spencer, Jr., his Sisters, Barbara Miller, Ramona Spencer (Scott Boggess), and Linda Ransom.  He is survived by his nieces, Amanda Akers, Brittany Ransom.  He is survived by a nephew, William Miller.  Funeral Services are in the care of Long & Fisher Funeral Home, visitation will be held on December 20 ^th , 2019 from noon to 1 pm at the funeral home with funeral service beginning at 1 pm with Pastor Robert Legg officiating.  Burial will follow at Sissonville Memorial Gardens.
