Vicki Lynn Tolley, 63, of Sissonville passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 unexpectedly at her home. She was a member of Shining Light Celebration Church in Charleston. Vicki enjoyed crossword puzzles and working word searches. In her younger days, she would make delicious wedding cakes for friends and family. Vicki was a loving wife and mother.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Wilma Rizer; and brothers, Kenneth and William P. Rizer. Left to cherish Vicki's memory is her loving husband of 39 years, Roger Tolley; son, Roger Tolley, Jr.; nieces, Kristy Saunders, Billie Jo Stevens, Amy Reitmire, and Tara Jean Ferrell; nephews, Kenneth Rizer, Jr., Todd Rizer, and Jamie "Spike" Rizer; and two cats, Weezer and Spanky.

Vicki's wish was to be cremated. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Long & Fisher Funeral Home.
