Terry Michael Young, born on April 10, 1953, from Sissonville, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2025.  He was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and a loyal friend.  His life was built on faith, family, and the wisdom he shared so generously with others.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Madelyn Young.  He is survived by his devoted wife and best friend, Rebecca Kay Young, his daughters, Scarlett Jade Young (Sam Ollis), Mikayla Morgan Young (Robert Alford), and his son, Robert Ricky Coon (Roseann), grandchildren Austin Coon, Piper Lovejoy, Mary Estep, Raelynn Alford, and Josh Estep, his brothers, Danny Young (Doris), Jeff Young, and Timmy Young (Vicki).

Terry retired from State Farm after a long career as an insurance adjuster.  He was a man of deep integrity and found joy in the simple things – music, art, hiking, kayaking, and time spent with loved ones.  His quiet strength, faith in God, and unwavering dedication to those he loved will leave a lasting impact on all who knew him.

Thank you to the many dear friends that reached out to Terry during the last year through prayer, multiple texts, phone calls, and so "many" beautiful cards.  Also, he enjoyed the monthly luncheons with his many buddies.  He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
