Sylvia Clorene Marion, 87, of Romance, WV went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Ravenswood Village.

Born April 30, 1927 in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late William "Woody" and Finetta Haynes.

Sylvia had a passion for fishing.
She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post and retired from Kanawha Janitors.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas "Frank" Marion; a daughter, Vivian Heinhold; a grandson, Matthew Smith; four brothers, Owens Haynes, Bill Haynes, Lovell Haynes, and Darrell Haynes; three sisters, Delva Tolbert, Mildred Shamblin, and Goldie Shamblin..

She is survived by five children, Rhonda Marion, Tom Marion, Bridget High (Clint), Clint Marion (Mary), and Carla Smith (Lee); a brother, Austin Haynes; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Floral Hills Garden of Memories with visitation one hour prior. Entombment will immediately follow.
