Sybil Kiser, 86, of Sissonville, passed away on April 10, 2023 at Hubbard Hospice House after a short illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Kiser. Born on February 27, 1937, she was the daughter of the late George and Francis Thomas Atkisson. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her 9 brothers and sisters and 3 half brothers and sisters. Sybil is survived by her stepchildren, John Steven Kiser, Patty Goff, and Paul Kiser and granddaughter, Sherice Jacob. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home in Sissonville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at 12:00 P.M.
