Susie Campbell, 60, of Charleston passed away July 8, 2009, at CAMC Memorial Hospital.
She was a deaconess at First Advent Christian Church and a member of Four Corners Neighborhood Watch.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nellie and Lawrence Campbell; and siblings, John, Margaret, and Laura.
She is survived by a daughter, Amy Campbell of Charleston; sisters, Virginia Reed of Sissonville, Catherine Smith of Charleston, Barbara Steele of Charleston and Evelyn Kerns of Kentuck; and brothers, Herbert Campbell of Sissonville and Hubert Campbell of Louisville, Ky. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday, July 13, at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville, with the Rev. Don Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.
Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Long & Fisher Funeral Home.
