Stephanie Lynn Barton, 56, of Big Chimney, passed away suddenly July 31, 2012. She was born May 4, 1956 and was a resident of Big Chimney her entire life.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 38 years, Timothy Barton; daughters Nicole Barton of Hurricane and Noelle Molleur and husband John of Idaho; granddaughters Kailyn Nicole and Anastasia Noelle; sister Sandie Hensley; brother, Joey Hensley and many dear nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Vergie Hensley and sister Cindy Price.
Stephanie was a dedicated nurse for 14 years, previously employed at ENT St. Francis. She was a graduate of Herbert Hoover High School and Garnet Career Center.
Her hobbies included trout fishing, camping and gardening. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
Respecting her wishes her remains were cremated and no formal services held.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations in her name be made to the Breast Cancer Foundation at www.komen.org or St. Jude''s Children''s Hospital at www.stjude.org as these charities were very dear to her heart.
