Sandra Lee Finney, 86, of New Castle, Delaware, passed away on March 4, 2026. She was born on September 10, 1939, to the late Ruby Lynch.

In addition to her mother, Sandra was preceded in death by her two sons, Otis Finney Jr. and Raymond E. Finney.

She is survived by her children, James Finney, Chuck Finney, and Terri McMillion; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren, all of whom will cherish her memory.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Long & Fisher Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories.
