Samuel N. Myers III, 46, of Sissonville passed January 11, 2012, after a short illness. He was born April 12, 1965.
Samuel was a disabled pipeline worker.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Amanda Hays of Charleston; stepdaughter, Laura of Clarksburg; parents, Linda S. Myers of Sissonville and Samuel N. Myers of Charleston; sister, Susan Altamirano and her husband, Adan, of Houston, Texas; paternal grandmother, Alice White and her husband, Richard, of Charleston; maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Virginia Huddleston of Sissonville; nieces and nephews, Klara, Adan Jordan and Ryan Altamirano of Houston; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, January 16, at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with the Rev. Edison Hager officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.
A gathering of family and friends will be held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
