Ruth E. Thomas, 79, of Sissonville went to be with her God and became an angel on July 24, 2007.
Ruth was preceded in death by her loving husband, Clifford E. Thomas; and her son, Robert E. Thomas.
Survived by: Daughters, Mary Thomas Mardell of Sissonville, Sue A. Armstead of Elkview, and Joyce L. Meadows of Lincolnton, North Carolina; Sister, Ruby Smith of Callahan, Florida; and six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 27 at the Thomas Cemetery, 7128 Sissonville Drive, Sissonville with Rev. Edison Hager officiating. A memorial service will be held July 29 at the Calvary Church of the Nazarene.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Ruth''s memory to a church of your choice.
