Roy P. Casto, 85, of Sissonville passed away October 1, 2009 at home after a brief illness.
Roy was a Marine Veteran and retired from Foster-Creighton having worked as a mechanic. He was a lifelong member of the VFW.
Preceded in death by parents, Edgar and Hilda Casto.
Left to cherish his memory is loving wife of 59 years, Nettie Casto at Home; children, Michael Casto of Milton, David Casto, and Donna Bridgette and husband, Gary, all of Sissonville; sisters, Wilma Fisher, Loretta Reese and her husband, Claude, Macel Miller and her husband, Charles, all of Sissonville, Ruby Jean Miller and her husband, Donald, of Charleston; brother, Gilbert Casto and his wife, Doris, of Sissonville; five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Service will be 11am Sunday, October 4 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with Jerald W. Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.
A gathering of family and friends will be 7-9pm Saturday at the funeral home.
