Rosetta "Rose" Hanshaw, 61, of Fisher Ridge, Kenna passed away at home November 18, 2006 with her her family by her side and surrounded by angels.
Rose loved the Lord and attended Pocatalico Church before she became to sick to attend.
Preceded in death by: Parents, Hoyt and Elva Bailey; Son, Ray Hanshaw; Brother, Bob Bailey; Granddaughter, Amanda Southall and her unborn little angel.
Survived by: Husband and best friend, Melvin Hanshaw; Daughters and their husbands, Tammy and B.J. Reed, and Mary and Bobby Halley both of Kenna; Grandchildren, Collin Reed and Kelli Hope both of Kenna; Sister, Sue Myers of Goshen, Indiana.
The Funeral Service will be 2pm Wednesday, November 22 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with the Rev. Buddy Mairs officiating. Burial will follow at Garnes Cemetery, Kenna. Friends may call 6-9pm Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
