Rosalie Thomas passed away April 28, 2012 of natural causes at the Hubbard Hospice House.
Rosalie was born December 25, 1926, yes a Christmas baby. She lived in the Charleston area all of her life. She and her husband owned and operated many successful businesses as well as running a home.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Dessie Mae Wooten and her father Lester Ray Wooten.
Rosalie is survived by her husband of 52 years, James R. Thomas of Sissonville; daughter Missy L. Young of Charleston; her only grand-daughter, Scarlett Jade McNealy and husband Ian.
We will always miss Mom/Ninny.
Private services will be held Tuesday May 1, 2012. Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Hubbard Hospice House, where Rosalie was treated with much respect and affection. We thank them for all their kindness.
