Rosalie Fisher, 88, of Sissonville entered into her eternal heavenly home on December 25, 2017 at Hubbard Hospice House after a stroke.
She was born May 10, 1929 to Mary Rena and P.L. Bud Fowler, the youngest of four children. She lived all her life in Pocatalico raising three boys and running Fisher and Sons Amoco Gas and Grocery Store with her husband R.L. "Lowe".
