Roger Alan Kuhn, 70, of Morgantown, WV passed away suddenly Thursday December 23, 2021. Roger
was born Feb. 6, 1951 in Fort Benning, GA to the late Edison Clay Kuhn and Celia Elizabeth Ownby Kuhn.
He proudly served as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army. Roger took early retirement from DuPont in Belle,
WV to pursue a 23-year truck-driving career. He retired from R&J Trucking in Marietta, OH with
cumulative excess of 2 million miles traveled. He recently participated in events with Operation ActiVet
in Morgantown, WV and with the Cheat Lake Lions Club.
He was preceded in death by his former wife Marilynn Sue Kuhn and his 3 brothers James Ray, Rex
Scott, and Donald Lee Kuhn. He is survived by his loving daughter Kelly Renea Kuhn (Ben) of
Morgantown, WV and a son James Scott Kuhn (Victoria) of Sissonville, family member Craig Alan
Callison, a grand-dog Molly, a sister Rebecca L. Tackett (Randy), and a brother Dutch E. Kuhn.
Funeral service will be Jan.12, 2022 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home at 1:00pm, with family at 12:00 noon.
