Robin Lynn Taylor, 53, of Charleston earned his angel wings on Thursday, June 18, 2015 after battling cancer.

He was born in Charleston on September 21, 1961 to the parents of Charles Edward Taylor and Mary Marjorie Tate. Robin enjoyed building houses. He spent a lot of time taking long four wheeler rides, camping, and fishing with his grandchildren.

Robin will be missed by his children, Jessica Randolph (Jerry), Jonathan Taylor (Amanda), Heather Thaxton (Ben), and Josh Taylor; sisters, Mary Haynes (Billy), Anna Shultz (Glenn), and Paula Thomas (Sam); brothers, Charles Taylor, II (Letres), Kenny Taylor (Beverley), and Jeff Taylor (Cyndi); grandchildren, Christian, Lindsay, Allyson, Gage, Peyton, Jonathan II, Jacob, Joseph, Corey, Cody, Caydance, and Jase; and great granddaughter, Madalyn.

A special thank you to Humphrey''s United Methodist Church and the 5th Floor Oncology Department at CAMC Memorial.

Funeral Services will be at 1pm on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to service. Pastor George Webb with be officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Humphrey''s Cemetery in Sissonville.
