Robert W. Moss, 70, of Sissonville went to be with the Lord May 16, 2007 at CAMC General Hospital after a sudden illness.
Robert was a loving husband, brother, and uncle. He retired from Valley Bell Dairy with 33 years service. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Garnet Ann Shaffer and Elbert Haden Moss, as well as his step-father, William S. Shaffer.
Survived by: loving wife of 14 years, Margie Ann Moss at home; Sisters and their husbands, Margaret and Carroll Cunningham of Charleston, Edna Myers of Kenna, and Carolyn and Charlie Tignor of Sissonville; Brother and his wife, Billy and Glena Shaffer of Charleston; Mother-in-Law, Odessa Burdette of Tupper''s Creek; numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Service will be 11a.m. Saturday, May 19 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with Rev. Arnold Sheets officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico. Friends may call 6-9pm Friday at the Funeral Home.
