Richard "Rick" Buzzard Jr., 32, of Sissonville went to be with the Lord January 19, 2011 at home after a battle with cancer.
Rick was an employed at the Advance Auto in Sissonville. He loved working on his truck, mud running, and rock crawling.
He was preceded in death by his aunt, Connie Buzzard.
Left to cherish his memory are daughter, Miquela Jo Buzzard of Sissonville; father, Richard "Rick" Buzzard Sr. and his wife, Carolyn, of Sissonville; mother, Belinda Buzzard of Sissonville; sister, Stephanie Buzzard of Morgantown; paternal grandparents, Mac Buzzard and his wife, Berniece, of Sissonville; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends who will sadly miss Rick.
The Funeral Service will be 1pm Friday, January 21 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with Pastor Jeff Mosteller officiating. Private burial will be in the Buzzard Cemetery, Price Road, Leatherwood.
A gathering of family and friends will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
