Rebecca "Becky" Mae Harvey Phillips, 65, of Hurricane, formally of Sissonville, WV passed away October 19, 2021 following a long battle with illness. She was proceeded in death by her son Stacy Paul Phillips and mother Ollie Mae Eads Harvey. She was the loving, caring, wonderful mother of Angela Elaine Phillips Mairs and Jason Ray Phillips. She was the grandmother of her pride and joy Savanah Stacy Phillips. Also, two grandsons that she loved dearly Jordan Steven Ray Phillips and Layton Wade Brooks Phillips. She is survived by many family and friends all of whom she loved and treasured. She will be missed tremendously each and every day. Memorial services are currently being planned.
