Phyllis Jean "PJ" Clark, 66, of Crede passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at CAMC Memorial surrounded by her loving family.

Born April 23, 1949 in Charleston, she was the daughter of the late George and Marie Cruickshank.

Phyllis was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. She was retired from the US Postal Service.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Mary Margaret Cruickshank.

Phyllis will be missed by her loving husband of 34years John A. Clark; sisters, Judy Stanley (Larry) and Dorthy Chapman (John); brothers, Bill Cruickshank (Linda) and George Cruickshank (Rebecca); an aunt, Rosalie Fisher; father-in-law, Steve Clark (Dee Anderson); brother- in- laws Brian Clark (Heidi) and Steve Clark, Jr. (Keeta); sister-in-law, Tracey Paxton (Tim) and a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Phyllis was a special lady who cared for people her entire life.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday May 26, 2015 at Aldersgate United Methodist Church with visitation two hours prior to service. Pastor Brad and Pastor Stephanie Bennett will be officiating.

Interment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories.
