Phillip Wright, 79, of Pocatalico, WV passed away Saturday July 17, 2010.
He was a former resident of Ripley, he was an avid builder and enjoyed flying remote controlled airplanes.
He was a retired Laboratory Technician with 33 years of service with E. I. DuPont Company. He was a Knight of the Golden Horseshoe.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Mary, his brother David and parents, Clyde and Nellie Wright.
He is survived by Sons: Alan Wright (Patricia) of Frazier''s Bottom, WV Michael Wright (Linda) of Cross Lanes Daughters: Kim Wright and Tammy Wright of Pocatalico, WV
3 Grandchildren; Francesca Wright, Melanie Wright, Michael Wright, Jr.
1 Great Grandson: Cannon Wright 4 Step Grand Children: Eddie Slusher, Katelynn Williamson, Maggie Williamson and Morgan Beane
1 Brother: Gary Wright (Donna) of Ripley, WV
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday July 20, 2010 at the Long and Fisher Funeral Home.
Private family burial will follow in the Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes, WV Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Monday at the Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville.
