Phillip E. Lyons, Sr., 86, of Sissonville passed away March 19, 2012. He was the Owner/Operator of Lyon''s Taxi in St. Albans, WV. He was a Navy veteran of WW II.
He was preceded in death by his parents: John H. Lyons and Orpha Elswick Lyons Son, Daniel Sisters: Macel Stone and Rosalie O''Daniel Brothers: Russell, Vernon and John.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years; Martha F. Lucas Lyons of Sisssonville Children: Penny Jean Lyons of Charleston Cathy Lynn Pritt (Labe) of Charleston Teresa Dawn Ferrero (Louey) St. Albans, WV Phyllis Jean Henderson of California Phillip E. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Friday March 23, 2012 at the Long and Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. David Horn officiating. Burial will follow in the Floral Hills Gardens of Memories, Sissonville. Military graveside rites by American Legion Post 61, Clendenin, WV.
