Nora Beatrice Lovejoy Fisher, 92, of Sissonville passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Hubbard Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.

Born September 29, 1922 in Kanawha County, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Ivan Joe Bailey and Anna L. Tate Bailey.

Nora was a member of Kelly''s Creek Community Church and also attended Fisher Chapel United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husbands, Clennie H. Lovejoy and Aubrey O. Fisher; stepson, Robert "Bob" Fisher; five brothers and a sister.

Nora is survived by a daughter, Karen Mercer and husband Richard; a son, John Lovejoy, all from Sissonville; step children, Jewell Cavender, Rex Fisher both of Sissonville, and Eugene Fisher of Given; four grandchildren, Tracy Collum and her husband Wayne of Pocatello, ID, Ian Lovejoy of Manassas, VA, Wesley Lovejoy and his wife Lorie of Jane Lew, and Jamie Sizemore and her husband Brian of Red House; 10 step grandchildren; and three great grandchildren, Paxton Collum, Kyla, and Lauren Lovejoy.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8pm on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be at 1pm on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Humphrey officiating.

Internment will immediately follow at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.
