Nancy Lee Davis-Smith, 85, of Charleston passed away peacefully on Monday, September 5, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.

Born June 11, 1931 in Mill Creek, Kanawha Co, she was the daughter of the late Perry Clyde Davis and Macil Sylvia Davis. She was a traveling operating room registered nurse.

In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her loving husband Fred B. Smith; and son, Jerry Wayne Davis.

Nancy will be missed by her children, Regina Smith and Rowena Smith; and her party poodle companion, "Baby Girl".

Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to service. Pastor Jason Sparks will be officiating.

Interment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories.
