N. Mae Thomas, 86, of Sissonville went to be with the Lord at Cedar Ridge Center on February 9, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her parents Euston and Leah Thomas, also her siblings Ruth Breeden, June Saulsgiver, and Neal Thomas.  Mae is survived by two sisters, Lou Echard of South Charleston, and Betty Jane Harper of Sissonville, and several special nieces and nephews.

Mae graduated from Sissonville High School in 1950, and retired from Kanawha County Public Library with 34 years of service.  She was very talented in making miniature crafts, which she lovingly gifted to her family.

Special thanks to Terry Harper who generously spent many hours helping Mae in so many ways.  Special gratitude to Faye Fisher and Colleen Garnes for their faithful visits to Mae.  Sincere thanks to the nurses and CNAs at Cedar Ridge Center, with special appreciation to Belinda.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 7pm on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home with Rev.
