Mary K. Smith Pauley, 57, of Sissonville passed away February 17, 2008 in CAMC Memorial Division after complications of Muscular Dystrophy.
She was a member of the Grapevine Primitive Advent Church, and was a lifelong resident of Kanawha County.
She is survived by her loving husband, James "Ken" Pauley at home; Sons, Geary Copenhaver of Alum Creek, and James Pauley II of Sissonville; Daughter, Trina Kupisch of Charleston; Brothers, Jack Smith, and George Smith both of Elkview, Larry Smith of North Charleston, and Gene Smith of Dayton, OH; Sisters, Arbutus "Boots" Taylor of Crossville, TN, Elisabeth Issel of Melbourne, FL, Linda Hoover of Dunbar, and Janice Vaughan of Amarillo, TX; Grandchildren, Kendra Kupisch, Melodies Kupisch, and Jack Copenhaver; Brothers-in-law, Lester Pauley of Charleston, and Edward Pauley of St. Petersburg, FL; Sister-in-law, Margaret Tolbert of Cross Lanes.
The Funeral Service will be 1pm Thursday, February 21 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with Rev. Roger Hammons officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville. A gathering of friends and family will be 6-8pm Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
