Mae Derrick's Obituary
Lessie "Mae" Derrick, 83, of Sissonville passed away September 29, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester "Dube" Derrick; a daughter, Janice Toney-Boggess; brothers, Pete Jones and Lovell Jones; and a sister, Martha Robinson.
She is survived by daughters, Judy (Tom) Derrick of Sissonville, Doris "Topsy" (Jerry) Burford of Sissonville, Donetta Kiser of Sissonville and Cynthia Derrick-Haynes of Sissonville; sons, Raymond "Bunny" Toney of Sissonville and Timothy Derrick of Sissonville; 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, October 1, at Long & Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. Raymond D. Stonestreet officiating. Burial will follow in Derrick Cemetery, Sissonville.
Friends may call from noon until service time at the funeral home Saturday.
