Madeline Carpenter Marion, 83, passed away Wednesday October 13, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital after a long illness.
She was a member of Sunlight Church and formally a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her husband George C. Marion Daughter Charolette Marion Pickens Grandsons Tommy Kersey Jeremy Lester
Survived by children: Myra Pauley (Charles E.) of Sissonville Floyd "Butch" Totten (Sheila) of Glasgow Selena Nichols (James) of Westville, IN Richard Lester of Charleston
9 grandchildren: Scott Pickens, Charles C. Pauley, Kristi Pickens Thornton, George E. Pauley, Matthew Totten, Holly Totten, Robert L. Pauley, Ricky Williamson & Joshua Lester.
7 great grandchildren and one special great granddaughter Charolette Pauley.
The Funeral Service will be 11am Friday, October 15 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with Pastor Keith Monday officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.
A gathering of family and friends will be 6-8pm Thursday at the funeral home.
