It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Louise Ruth Pauley, 70, of Sissonville. She passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022.

Mom was born on May 31, 1951 to Patsy Serls of Sissonville and the late Ralph Serls.

My mother was a beautiful woman inside and out.  She had the most amazing blue eyes and a gorgeous, genuine smile for everyone who crossed her path.  It breaks my heart to know the kids and I won't be able to laugh at the voicemails that always started with "Tina, it's mommy", as if I wouldn't know who it was.

Including her mother, those of us left to cherish mom's memory are her daughter, Tina Boggess (Scott); her sons, Keith Pauley (Loretta), Phillip Pauley, and Daniel Pauley (Whitney); her grandchildren whom she adored, Cassie, Gage, Chase and Zoey Boggess; Ozmond Pauley; and Breanna, Keith and Keitley Pauley; sisters, Patricia Slater and Rita Edens; as well as a host of family and friends.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband and our loving father, George Keith Pauley; sisters, Janet Whittington and Pansy Jordan; and brother, Ralph Serls.

The family will hold private services at a later date.
