Lou E.Comer Rice went to be with the Lord her savior on March 29th 2021. Lou was raised in Sissonville by her parents Alma and Henry Comer which she is preceded in death. Lou had seven kids six of which were boys: Roger Edward Perkins (Patsy Perkins) of Hurricane, Daniel Shamblin (Shirley Shamblin) of Kelly's creek, Victor Shamblin of Hurricane, Ralph Shamblin of Winfield, Mark Wayne Shamblin of Dunbar, Rick Rice of Hurricane. Lou is preceded in death by her only daughter Draina Christina Yates. Lou was fortunate to have 15 grand kids and many more great grand kids as well as great great grand kids. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 2pm at Reed Cemetery in Sissonville. Arrangements entrusted to Long & Fisher Funeral Home.
