Laura Mae Tignor, 77, of Sissonville entered her heavenly home on January 2, 2025. She loved sewing, quilting, reading, card games, and Elvis. No one could beat her at Scrabble.

She was born to the late Bill and Della Hancock. She is also preceded in death by her sister Leona Hancock, and brother Richard Hancock.

She is survived by her loving husband, Homer Tignor, and her two children, Lisa Tignor-Labin (Zach), and Terry Tignor. She is loved and missed by a large extended family. Service will be private.
