James "Ken" Pauley, 62, of Sissonville went to be with his loving wife Mary and the Lord in CAMC General Hospital due to injuries from an automobile accident.
Ken proudly served in the Army, was a retired purchasing director for KRT, and attended Grapevine Primitive Advent Church. Ken loved serving the Lord, and especially loved his children and grandchildren who will miss him dearly.
Ken was preceded in death by his loving wife Mary Pauley.
Left to cherish Ken''s memory: Children, James "Jay" Kenneth Pauley, II of Sissonville, Trina Kupisch of Charleston, and Stepson, Geary Copenhaver and his wife Jennifer of Alum Creek; Sister, Margaret Ann Tolbert and her husband David of Cross Lanes; Brothers, Lester "Buddy" L. Pauley, Jr. and his wife Jo Ann of South Charleston, and Edward F. Pauley of St. Petersburg, FL; Grandchildren, Kendra Kupisch, Melody Kupisch, and Jack Copenhaver.
The Funeral Service will be 2pm Friday, April 25 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with Rev. Roger Hammons officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville with Military Graveside rites provided by the American Legion Post 61, Clendenin.
There will be a gathering of friends and family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
