Keith Wayne Slater, Sr., 67, of Sissonville passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, August 27, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He enjoyed watching westerns starting John Wayne. Keith loved sitting on his porch while spending time with is wife and three granddaughters.

He will be missed by his loving wife, Patricia A. Slater; sons, Keith W. Slater, II, and Michael Ray Jordan; granddaughters, Kayla Slater, Amber Jordan, and Abbey Jordan; sisters, Gloria Bautisita, Charlene Myers, and Rita Gladwell; and brother, Ralph Kelley.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to service. Internment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories.
