Karen Faye Moffatt, 66, of Sissonville went to be with the Lord July 5, 2010 in CAMC General after a short illness.
Karen was born September 6, 1943 in Granite City, IL and was preceded in death by her husband, Giles Moffatt, and her parents, Betty Davis and William Hart.
Left to cherish her memory are daughter, Cynthia Moffatt of Sissonville; son, Steven Moffatt and his wife, Linda, of Kenna; sisters, Minnie Kamacho of Granite City, IL, and Anita Smith of Cumberland City, Tennessee; brother, Ken Hart of Rossville, GA; and several nieces, nephews and other extended family members.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at CAMC General NSICU/4E for their excellent care of Karen.
The Funeral Service will be 11am Friday, July 9 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with Earnest Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 6-9pm Thursday at the funeral home.
