Judith Ann Duncan, 67, of Dunbar passed away October 13, 2014 at home after a long illness.

Judith was a retired Librarian having worked for the WV Library Commission and the Kanawha County Library System. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church, South Charleston and a member of the WV Library Association. Judith enjoyed playing cards and reading.

Preceded in death by husbands, Jarrell "Jack" Sisson and Ernest Duncan; parents, Walter and Rose Alkire; and two sisters and one brother.

Left to cherish her memory are loving daughter, Joy Ann Seymour and her husband, George Shawn Seymour, of Dunbar; grandchildren, Hannah and Kaitlyn both of Dunbar; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Judith''s caregiver, Donna Harpold, for her wonderful care.

Memorial service will be 11am Friday, October 17 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with Pastor Randall Bratka officiating.

A gathering of family and friends will be 6-8pm Thursday at the funeral home.
