Jonathan Mokas, 38, passed away Sunday, June16 surrounded by his family and friends after a short illness.

He was a loving husband, father, brother and son.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Pam Mokas; his loving wife of 21 years Leah Mokas, and grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Williams.

He is survived by children, Cayla Mokas and J.C. Mokas; father, John Mokas; and sister Nedrafawn Mokas.

Graveside services for Jonathan and Leah will be held at 11 Am, Friday, June 21 at Floral Hills Garden of Memories Mausoleum Chapel.
