Jeffrey Wayne Lilly of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

Jeffrey enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially hunting, and was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association (NRA). A carpenter by trade, he spent much of his life working in construction. He loved spending time with his nephews and enjoyed visiting Bob Evans and Cabela’s.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Milford Ray Lilly and Gladys Mae Lilly.

Those left to cherish his memory include his brothers, Steven Ray Lilly and his wife, Brenda Lilly, and their son, Justin; and Michael Todd Lilly and his sons, Nate, Brandon, Ethan, and Conner. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who will miss him greatly.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026, at Long & Fisher Funeral Home. Friends and Family may gather an hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Guthrie Family Cemetery.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Jeffrey’s caregivers at the CAMC Emergency Room, Thomas Memorial Hospital, and Cedar Ridge Assisted Living for their care and compassion.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Jeffrey’s memory.

Jeffrey will be remembered for the time he shared with his family, his love of the outdoors, and the lasting memories he created with those who knew and loved him.
