Janice Fisher, 83, of Sissonville; died peacefully in her sleep on March 8, 2016, at Cedar Ridge Nursing Home.
She was born September 22, 1932, she is predeceased by her mother, Mazie Riffee, and her late husband and the love of her life with 54 years of marriage, Jack Fisher. Janice is in the presence of Jesus and dad and that is what her heart desired.
Janice was a mother, grandmother, friend, and caretaker and also retired
from Sears. She loved the beach; all of her Yorkie dogs named Baby and
doted on her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all of her
extended family.
Survivors include her children and their spouses: Kathy and Brett Smith,
Karen and Richard Aldridge and Kevin and Becca Fisher. Her three grandchildren: Travis (Jerrika) Franklin; Stephanie (Brad) Fair and Erica
Fisher Cook. Her 11 great-grandchildren: Dakota Parsons, Gavin Belisle and Jackson Cook (Erica's); Lara Grace Fair, Riley Kate Fair and Daniel Fair (Stephanie Fair); and Alley Franklin, TJ Franklin, Presley Franklin, Eli Franklin - and baby Leia Janice Franklin (due in June) (Travis Franklin).
Graveside services will be held at 11am on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Floral Hills Garden of Memories Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Mike Harper officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hubbard Hospice House: 1001 Kennawa Dr, Charleston, WV 25311.
