Janet B.Burford Casdorph, 75, of Eleanor passed on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 surrounded by her loving family at Hubbard Hospice House.

Born March 14, 1940 in Pocatalico; she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Bertha (Good) Burford.

Janet was a member of Nitro Church of Christ. She enjoyed spending time with family and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Anna Martin Good and Francis Good; and her paternal grandparents, Lela (Boggess) Burford and Ollie H. Burford.

She will be missed by her loving husband, Leonard Casdorph; six children, Crystal Casdorph, Lenny Casdorph (Rachel), Eric Casdorph, Regina Gibson (Mark), Verna Schweer (Jeff), and Daniel Casdorph (Leslie); brother, Wade Burford; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be at 2pm on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Camp officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.

Internment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories.
