Jane Lynn "Bib" Beane-Pritt, 70, of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away on January 5, 2026, in Charleston. Jane was born on August 3, 1955, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late James W. Beane and Sarah L. Beane.

Jane was the rock of her family—witty, kind, and strong. She was known for her deep love for her family, her sharp sense of humor that could make anyone laugh, and her fiercely independent spirit. Those who knew Jane knew her as someone who showed up, stood firm, and loved wholeheartedly.

A devoted Christian, Jane's faith guided her throughout her life. She found joy in knitting, online shopping, caring for her beloved cats, and, above all, spending time with her family. Her home and heart were always open to those she loved.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Garnett "Eddie" Pritt Jr.; her parents, James and Sarah Beane; and her brother, Patrick "Pudge" Beane.

Jane is survived by her siblings, Christine "Toodle" Garrett, Mike Beane (Sharon) and Judy Coffman (Frank); daughters, Tracey Jackson and Miranda Baldwin (Trent); her niece, Kerrie Coffman; her grandchildren, Taylor Pritt (Charlie), Lucas Page, and Keaton Baldwin (Sabrina), and Alyxandria Whittington; her cherished great-granddaughter, Freya Jane-Lou Baldwin; and her six beloved cats, AnnaMae, Jimmie, Dickie, Ronnie, Ramona, and Esther.

Jane's family finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace, reunited with loved ones, and resting in the presence of her Lord and Savior. Her faith, strength, and love will continue to live on through the generations she so dearly cherished.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday January 9th, 2025 from 12pm-2pm at Long and Fisher Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Beane Cemetery.
