Ida Mae Haynes 83 of Charleston died September 22nd, 2018 after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her husband Orville "Boney" Haynes, grandson Avery Q Haynes, parents Bradford and Ethel Fields, son in law Noah A. Thaxton, brothers Stanley and James Fields. She is survived by son Neal Haynes (Vickie), daughters Shirley Thaxton,and Denise Haynes (Tony Knuckles), granddaughter Kera Burdette (Shane), sisters, Susie Edens (Willis), Hazel Thaxton (Hansford) and Ruby Walker. Brothers Roger Fields (Vickie), Dick Fields (Diann) and Ronnie Fields. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Services to be held Friday September 28th at Long and Fisher funeral home, with visitation beginning at 1pm and funeral service at 2pm with Raymond Jordan officiating. Burial will be held at the New Thaxton Cemetery, Sissonville WV.
