Helen Mae (Facemyre) Harper, 89, of Sissonville passed away peacefully on Friday, May 3, 2019 at her home.

Helen was the daughter of late Archie and Laura Facemyre. She was a member of Fisher Memorial Church. Helen enjoyed farming and cooking for others. She was an honorary grandmother to many of her nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Helen is preceded in death by her loving husband, Ralph Harper, siblings, Bessie Gayler (Ira), Goldie Tate (Johnnie), Hazel Fowler (Arthur), Ruth Dixon (Clifford), William Facemyer (Ocie), Opal Edens (Robert), Hubert Facemyer (Deloris), Doil Facemyer (Jeannie), Roscoe Facemyer, Tressie Edens (Robert), Glibert Facemyer, Jesse Facemyer (Madelyne), and Coy Facemyer.

Helen will be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at noon on Thursday, May 9, 2019 with visitation one hour prior to service. Pastor Jim Edens and Pastor Aaron Finney will be officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories.
