Gary Alan Rhodes , 68, passed away Monday, January 5, 2015 at Grey Stone Health and Rehabilitation in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Gary was born in Charleston, WV, and lived most of his life at home with his parents, Dennis and Joan until they passed in Sissonville. He moved to Ft. Wayne in 2005 to be near his family. He was a lifetime member of the Pocatalico Community Church. Gary's passion in life was going to church, praying for family and friends and singing praises to his Lord. Surviving are his sisters, Donna (Terry) Joseph of Elkhart, IN, Denise (Charlie) Keller of Fort Wayne, IN; brothers, David Rhodes of Charleston, Rob (Patty) Rhodes of Ft. Wayne, IN; uncle, Delbert (Josephine) Jones of Quaker Hill, CT and several nieces and nephews. Service will be 3pm Saturday, January 10 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville. Friends may call from noon until service time, Saturday at the funeral home.
