Gladys Faye Taylor passed away at her home in Sissonville, West Virginia, with a house full of family on March 5, 2015, at the age of 79.
Faye was born on October 6, 1935 to Lorean and Carl Good in Charleston, WV. She was the second born of 16 children. She is survived by her husband Pete, daughters Patricia (Kenny) and Karie (David) in Sissonville, and son Leo (Kitzi) in Saratoga Springs, NY. Along with her husband and children, she is survived by seven grandchildren, Matt, Chris, Lucas, Travis, Grant, Kalli, and Blanton; and eight great grandchildren, Taylor, Collin, Kaylee, Brook, Kendal, McKayla, Maddie, and Blane. Of her brothers and sisters she is survived by Helen Lowers in St. Albans, Carl Good Jr. in Charleston, Lester Good in St. Albans, Linda Good in South Carolina, Alfred Good in Campbell''s Creek, Darrell Good in St. Albans, Beverly Tuell in South Carolina, Bobby Good in Sissonville and Patty Good in South Carolina. She is also survived by Jimmy Taylor and Damon Jones, two very special brother-in-laws.

To the end family was always most important to Faye. She passed with a heart full of love in a house full of family that loved her greatly and will miss her deeply. She will always be remembered as a strong woman, great friend, mother, grandmother and wife.
The funeral service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home with Preacher Randy Campbell officiating; visitation will be one hour prior to service.
