Virginia Freda Wilma Braley, 76, of Sissonville passed away September 13, 2011 at home unexpectedly.
Freda was a retired accountant and enjoyed crafting ceramics, sewing and photography.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl D. Braley; mother, Virginia Conley; father, Charles Brawley; and a brother, Martin Oliver Brawley.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Brenda Lester and her husband, Donald, of Sissonville; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and a host of friends.
It was Freda's request to be cremated and there will be no services. Her ashes will be inurned in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.
The family asks that donations be made in Freda's memory to the Kanawha/Charleston Humane Association, 1248 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311.
