Frances Lee Campbell
Frances Lee Campbell, age 88, of 303 Call Road, Sissonville, West Virginia, went to be with the Lord November 24, 2009.
She was born December 11, 1920, to the late Lemuel and Lora Whittington. Frances was preceded in death by her husband Lowell Campbell.
The second of five children, she was preceded in death by brothers Collett Whittington, Lemuel Whittington, and Quentin Whittington, and survived by sister, June Johnson of Kenna.
Frances is also survived by her three daughters: Linda Griffith of Pineville, NC, Lana Campbell of Lake Norman, NC, Diane Ramsey and husband Robert Ramsey of Matthews, NC; grandchildren: Kim Griffith, Michael Griffith, Chris Ramsey and wife Dana, and great-grandchildren Christian and Caroline Ramsey.
Frances was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. As a member of Maranatha Baptist Church, she loved the worship and fellowship she found there.
The family would like to thank special friends Jim Miller, Faye and Noble Fisher, Pastor Kevan Bartlett and the wonderful people of Maranatha Baptist Church for the love they showed France
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 28 from 12:00-2:00 pm at Long and Fisher Funeral Home in Sissonville, West Virginia.
The funeral will follow at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Bill Bartlett officiating.
Entombment will follow in the Floral Hills Gardens of Memories Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Maranatha Baptist Church at One Maranatha Acres, Charleston, WV 25312.
