Emma Lee Reed, 80, of Sissonville, passed into heaven on Monday, November 10, 2014. Her memory will be one of a life beautifully lived and of a heart so deeply loved.

She lived her life caring for her family which she loved to the core of her being. Emma Lee''s home was always open to family and friends and her table was always set for those that were hungry. She was an avid reader, loved the Lord and talking about the bible. Emma Lee attended Second Creek Community Church.

Emma Lee was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Reed; daughter, Charlene Knuckles; parents, Webb and Mamie Moss; sisters, Delores Comer and Garnet Wright; brother-in-laws whom she loved like her children, James Reed and Mickey Reed.

Left to cherish her memory are children, Sandy Burdette (Mitch), Janet Jones Saulino (Ray), Kim Knuckles (Dale), Craig Reed (Tammy) and Heather McMillion (Stoney); siblings, Evelyn Jones, Kenny Moss, Judy Nelson and Gary Moss; grandchildren, Ray Knuckles, Monica Spencer, Chris Knuckles, Craig Reed Jr., Daniel Jones, Kelcey Bayles, Willie Mullins, Elizabeth Reed, Kylee Mullins and Megan Gancs whom she loved like a granddaughter; great-grandchildren, Lane Spencer and Charlene Spencer; and her dog that was her baby, Chaz.

Funeral Service will be 11am Thursday, November 13 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville. Burial will follow in the Reed Cemetery, Second Creek, Sissonville.

A gathering of family and friends will be 6-8pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
