Elizabeth Libby'' Jane Richardson, 78, of Charleston went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 17th, 2011 at Charleston Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Libby was preceded in death by her parents, Kellis Toler and Kathleen Nary Toler, her husband of 39 years, Edward Allen Richardson, her brothers, Kellis Jr. and Kenneth Toler.
Libby found her joy in her family. She was survived by sons, Edward Richardson and wife, Ava of Charleston, Michael Richardson and wife Cathy of Charleston, and daughter Kathlean Reed and husband Randy of Sissonville, brothers; Clyde Toler of Landis, North Carolina and James Toler of Charleston and sister, Betty Witt of Charleston. Also survived by grandchildren, Michael Richardson of Charleston, Kimberly Richardson of Teays Valley, Robert Richardson of Ripley, Miranda Wooten and husband Andy of Scott Depot, April Morgan and husband Troy of Poca, Mikaela Huddleston and husband Ryan of Sissonville, and Kaleb Richardson of Charleston. Libby was also blessed with 3 great-grandchildren Izabella and Gracelynn Wooten , and Mia Morgan.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to those family and friends for their prayers and support, as well as the staff at Charleston Memorial Hospital for their care of Libby.
The Funeral Service will be 11am Friday, October 21 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home with Pastor David VanHorn officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.
A gathering of family and friends will be 6-8pm Thursday at the funeral home.
