Elizabeth "Libby" Sisson Reed, 63, of Charleston, died December 6, 2012 after a long illness. She was the daughter of Josephine "Jo" Sisson and the late Hershel "Tater" Sisson. In Addition to her father she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Henry and Violet Good and Harry and Kathleen Sisson.

She was a 1967 graduate of Sissonville High School. She attended Charleston Career College. She was retired from Verizon with 30 years of service and also retired from Long & Fisher Funeral Home. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and a five year member of the Sissonville Volunteer Fire Department.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Eddie Reed; son, William Edward (Misty and Kaaleigh Conner); grandson and love of her life, Brett Edward; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Joe & Rodia Case; brothers-in-law, Larry (Helen) Reed and Jess (Carol Sue) Lanham; and a "Special" daughter, Jennifer Reed.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Sissonville Volunteer Fire Department.
